The wave 2 migration is for clients who hold CWB Franchise Finance products and services with Alberta banking centres, and Canada-wide CWB Franchise Finance clients who do not also hold business banking products.
If you hold other products with CWB Financial Group®, please watch for separate communications about how and when those products and services will transition.

To ensure you receive important communications, please
update your contact information, including your email
address by reaching out to your Relationship Manager or local
banking centre, if applicable.
No other action required at this time
There will be no changes to your products and services
until your scheduled migration. Your day-to-day services will
continue as is, and our team remains available to support you.
Watch for important information
At least one month before your scheduled migration, you’ll
receive a migration letter and product guide outlining important
information about your migration date, your products and services,
and any actions required on your part.
