Your accounts will transition in fall 2025
We will transition clients with CWB Wealth® and CWB Wealth Partners® to National Bank Financial Wealth Management in October 2025.
In August, you will receive important information about the transition, your solutions and services, and any actions required on your part.

To ensure you receive important communications, please update your contact information, including your email address by reaching out to your Private Wealth Advisor.

There will be no changes to your solutions and services until your scheduled migration. Your day-to-day services will continue as is, and our team remains available to support you.

Watch for important information
At least one month before your scheduled transition, you’ll receive a letter and guide outlining important information about your migration date, your solutions and services, and any actions required on your part.

Stay vigilant!
Protect yourself against cyberfraud: National Bank will never proactively call, text or email you to ask for your banking information, especially your one-time verification code number, PIN, password or sign-in credentials.
If you receive an unexpected call from someone claiming to be from National Bank or CWB:
- Do not share your information.
- Obtain the caller’s
information.
- Tell the caller you will verify their information.
- End the call.
- Contact National Bank at 1-888-835-6281 or your CWB Relationship Manager using a trusted phone number to verify the information.
