When do business products and services migrate?
We will migrate CWB clients and products to National Bank in waves over the coming months depending on the products you hold and the location of your banking centre.
At least one month before your scheduled migration, you’ll receive important information about your migration date, your products and services, and any actions required on your part.
Wave 1 -
Edmonton Gateway Banking Centre
UPCOMING
August 2025
The wave 1 migration is for clients who hold business banking products and services with the Edmonton Gateway Banking Centre of CWB. If you hold other products with CWB Financial Group®, please watch for separate communications about how and when those products and services will transition.

Wave 2 -
All other Alberta banking centres
Fall 2025

There will be no changes to your products and services until your scheduled migration. Your day-to-day services will continue as is, and our team remains available to support you.
