At least two months before your scheduled migration, your Relationship Manager will share important information about your migration date, services, and any actions required on your part.

In the meantime:

  • Update your contact information
    To ensure you receive important communications, please update your contact information, including your email address by reaching out to your Relationship Manager or our Client Service Team.

  • No other action required at this time
    There will be no changes to your services until your scheduled migration. Your day-to-day services will continue as is, and our team remains available to support you.

  • Watch for important information 
    We will inform you of upcoming changes before the migration of your institutional accounts. Note that your portfolio manager(s) will also be kept informed of the upcoming changes.
