This page includes important information about your upcoming migration to National Bank. To help make this process as smooth as possible, refer to the sections below (before and after migration).
Your migration will take place automatically, and while there is nothing you need to do to complete the transition, some of your account information will change. For more details about what to expect, please refer to your Migration Letter.
Note that this information is specific to your CWB Franchise Finance products and services currently held at CWB. If you hold other products with CWB Financial Group®, please watch for separate communications about how and when those products and services will transition.

Changes to be implemented
New account number:
On your migration date, your CWB
Franchise Finance loan(s) will transition to National Bank and will be
assigned a new account number. If you have existing payment
arrangements set up at your bank or another financial institution,
such as pre-authorized debits or other scheduled payments, these will
continue to be processed after you migrate. There is no action
required by you to update your payment information with the new
account number.
Monthly statements:
After you migrate, you will receive
a monthly statement. This will allow you to easily track your loan
balance and payment activity. We are pleased to provide this service
to your business at no additional cost.
What remains unchanged
- For precise details about what remains unchanged after your migration, please consult your Migration Letter. If you’re part of the ongoing migration wave and haven’t received your letter yet, don’t hesitate to contact your Relationship Manager.

- Service and support: Our team, including your Relationship Manager, continues to be available during the same business hours and with the same contact information.
