There will be no changes to your products and services until your scheduled migration. Your day-to-day services will continue as is, and our team remains available to support you. -
Watch for important information
At least one month before your scheduled migration, you’ll receive a migration letter and product guide outlining important information about your migration date, your products and services, and any actions required on your part.

Stay vigilant!
Protect yourself against cyberfraud: National Bank or CWB will never call, text or email you to ask for your banking information especially your one-time verification code, PIN, password, or sign-in credentials.
If you receive an unexpected call from someone claiming to be from NBC or CWB:
- Do not share your information.
- Obtain the caller's information.
- Tell the caller you will verify their information.
- End the call.
- Contact NBC or your CWB Relationship Manager using a trusted phone number to verify the information.
