What should I do if I didn’t receive any communications from National Bank concerning my migration?

If you’re scheduled to migrate in the upcoming wave and haven’t received any communications yet, please contact your CWB Relationship Manager or local banking centre immediately.

If your wave of migration is scheduled for later, keep an eye out for communications from us. 

If your contact information has recently changed, get in touch with us (your CWB Relationship Manager or local banking centre) to have it updated as soon as possible. This will ensure you don't miss any important communications during your transition period.
