What will happen to my CWB credit cards after migration to National Bank?

Your CWB Business Mastercard ® credit cards as well as your CWB Personal Mastercard ® credit cards will remain active and fully functional, both during and after the migration, so you’ll be able to use them without any interruption. 

If you’re a business client, you can continue to access and manage your CWB Business Mastercard® credit cards, issued by Brim Financial, via this portal

You can access your account documentation, such as your Cardholder Agreement, which includes Complaints Handling Procedures, by visiting the Legal Documents and Product Information page.   

For assistance with your credit cards, contact the Client Support team at 1-877-252-4288. If you are outside Canada and the U.S., contact us at +1-647-252-4216 at no additional charge. Alternatively, you can contact your Relationship Manager directly.
